The Central Oregon Behavioral Health Consortium (COBHC) is a regional membership organization dedicated to strengthening the behavioral health workforce through collaboration, professional development, and workforce innovation.

COBHC brings together behavioral health providers, organizations, educational partners, and community stakeholders to expand access to high-quality training, foster professional connections, and support the development and retention of a skilled behavioral health workforce across Central Oregon and the broader East Cascades Works region.
