Membership Benefits

COBHC Members become part of a collaborative and collegial community, benefitting from a host of programs to help grow and sustain their workforce and business.

  • Our 9-month training program is offered to interns and associates, preparing them to help you streamline employment prospects through highly trained early clinicians.
  • Communities of practice, encompassing training, education, and supervision are also a member benefit. When you are a part of the COBHC, you will engage with leaders in the behavioral health field across Central Oregon, helping to impact change at the local and state level.
  • Access to supervision support through our Regional Supervision Training Program. This program has a three-pronged approach to improving supervision throughout Central Oregon. 1) Offering training and education to licensed and soon to be licensed clinicians seeking their 30 hours of post-masters continuing education on supervision; 2) providing contracted supervisors to member sites who have a deficit of on-site supervision; and 3) Clinical Supervision Consultation. Check our Events page for up-and-coming resources on the topic of supervision.
  • First access to all our locally offered trainings.
