NAMI Basics is a 6-session education program for parents, caregivers, and other family who provide care for youth (ages 22 and younger) who are experiencing mental health symptoms.

NAMI Central Oregon and NAMI Southern Oregon are jointly offering NAMI Basics online via Zoom on Thursdays, May 18 to June 22, from 6:30 to 9 pm.

The course is free and open to adults anywhere in Oregon who need help managing mental health services for a school-aged child or teenager.
