Statewide Grief Webinar – Supporting Children & Teens Who Are Grieving
June 2 @ 7:00 pm - 8:00 pm
One of the hardest topics for adults to talk about with children and teens is grief and loss. We worry about what to say, how to answer their questions, and how to support their reactions. It becomes even more complex when we are also grieving. Join Jana DeCristofaro, LCSW, Community Response Program Coordinator at Dougy Center, The National Grief Center for Children and Families, for a presentation on how to support children and teens who are grieving a death.
This free, statewide webinar is being held on Thursday, June 2, 2022, at 7:00pm. This is an opportunity to learn about supporting children and teens who are grieving. This hour-long workshop will include a 45-minute presentation by Jana DeCristofaro, LCSW (Dougy Center) and 15 minutes for questions and answers.
