Position Summary

A therapist joining Paradigm Mental Health and Wellness would have their own caseload of scheduled patients. They would provide evidence-based psychotherapy (ie: CBT, DBT, ACT, EMDR, etc.) to patients with a variety of disorders. This would primarily consist of individual sessions with opportunities for group sessions as well. Video visits are an option.

Team cohesion and development are essential, and the therapist would be part of interdisciplinary case consultations between the psychiatric provider and other therapists. Being part of a small, forward-thinking team, the therapist would participate in larger, visionary decisions such as shaping the structure and direction of the organization. At Paradigm, staff are more than cogs in a machine, they are members of a thriving team, working to better each other. The therapist joining Paradigm would be expected to be efficient while still providing excellent care. Maintaining appropriate boundaries with patients is necessary; integrity is a must.
